STEP TWO (MEP-Scope2): Complete “revised” drawings (iterations -“n”) for “optimised” retrofit layouts to fit recommended options for H.P./Solar Combo. at minimal property alterations for “minimised CAPEX”;

STEP THREE (MEP-Scope3): Complete accurate “bespoke” metric modelling for Thermal Performance Analysis/Energy Cost Analysis across the Site’s GPS’ (Annual meteorological 8,760hours) for the Client’s final selected Design at “site-specific maximised SCOP” with validated financial confirmation of projected OPEX & I.R.R.
